The Bailey Brothers, Jessie from Daphne and Brandon from Mobile, Ala., won the inaugural event in the Alabama Inshore Championship Tournament Trail, held April 21 at Isle Dauphine, located at 100 Orleans Drive on Dauphin Island south of Mobile, Ala.

Cartersville, GA -- Register now for the 13th Annual Muzzy Classic and Alabama State Championship to be held April 28-29, 2012 at Lake Guntersville from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Contestants will meet at the Harbor Pavilion (9201 Blount Ave, Guntersville).

The South Sauty Public Boat Ramp located near Langston, Ala., in Jackson County has reopened after extensive renovations that began in July 2011. The renovations include a modern three lane tournament style launching slab, two courtesy piers, a paved parking lot for 75 rigs, and ample security lighting.

This past Saturday March 24th the Cabela's King Kat Tournament Trail hit the waters of the Pickwick/Wilson Lakes at Sheffield, Alabama. In the event over 100 top anglers from 13 different states were competing not only for cash and prizes, but the opportunity to qualify for the 2012 Cabela's King Kat Classic. This year's Cabela's King Kat Classic will be held at Selma, Alabama September 27/28/29, 2012.

Next Weekend Crappie USA Returns To Alabama's Weiss Lake
Coming up next weekend Crappie USA Inc., "America's Premier National Crappie Fishing Tournament Organization" will return to Alabama's Weiss Lake "The Crappie Capital of the World" March 3, 2012. Anglers will be fishing for a 7-fish limit of crappie, which could net them a check along with the opportunity to advance to the Cabela's Crappie USA Classic, the most prestigious event in crappie fishing today. This year's classic will be held October 24th-27th, 2012 on the Barkley/Kentucky Lakes at Cadiz, Kentucky.
