SACRAMENTO - The adopted California Fish and Wildlife Strategic Vision (CFWSV) and two accompanying documents can now be viewed at www.vision.ca.gov. In accordance with AB 2376 (Huffman, 2010) the strategic vision aims to improve the ability of the California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) and the California Fish and Game Commission (F&GC) to successfully tackle the challenges of the 21st century.

PINETOP, Ariz. -- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Special Agents and Arizona Game and Fish Department law enforcement personnel recovered the carcass of a Mexican wolf pup on March 27, 2012, found next to Forest Road 249 west of Alpine, Ariz. They identified it as female pup fp1247, produced by the Hawks Nest Pack in 2011.

LITTLE ROCK – Arkansas Game and Fish Commission crews stocked over 298,000 fish in Arkansas lakes and rivers during February, according to Mark Oliver, chief of the Fisheries Division. The total stocking of fish weighed more than 88,400 pounds.
